Vegetable Cheese Maggi
When you're in a hurry, and need a quick fix for your hunger which is equally tasty and filling - 5 minute Maggi comes to the rescue.
INGREDIENTS (For 2)
Maggi Noodles - 2 Cakes
Maggi Masala - 2 Sachets
Onion Finely Chopped - 1
Carrots Finely Chopped - 1
Tomato Chopped - 1
Green Peas - 1/4 Cup
Cooking Oil/ Butter- 1 1/2 TBSP
Chilli Flakes (Optional) - 1/4 TSP
Cheese Slices - 1 - 2

Although not healthy, Maggi definitely comes handy when one needs a quick fix for breakfast or evening snack. During cold winters, this Maggi recipe provides a quick embrace of warmth and taste.

Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat Cooking Oil or Butter in a deep pan or tasla
Saute Onions until soft. Onions can be skipped for Jain preparation.
Add the remaining vegetables such as Green Peas and Tomato and saute for a few minutes until soft. You can optionally add other vegetables such as Carrots and Brocolli etc. but add them sooner as these take time to soften. Saute for a minute or two.
Add some Chilli flakes for a spicier version. Optionally you can add Green Chillis before the Onions.
6. Add adequate water which will suffice for the Maggi Cakes
7. Once the water is slightly hot, break and add the Maggi Noodles
8. Cook on low-flame for 2-3 minutes and add the Maggi Masala packets. You can also add 1/2 TSP of Garam Masala. Mix the masala well.
9. Stir occasionally and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until adequate water is left.
10. Add the Cheese cubes
Simmer till the Cheese melts till you get a creamy Maggi. Add Coriander leaves and Serve while hot!
