Pancakes
There is no better way to start a lazy Weekend than with moist and fluffy Pancakes.
This recipe is a complete layman’s job.
All you need to do is whip, mix, fold and heat.
INGREDIENTS
For 10 Pancakes
All Purpose Flour/Maida - 2 Cups
Cooking Oil - 1 Cup
Butter - 1/2 Cup
Egg - 2 Nos.
Buttermilk - 2 Cups
Baking Soda - 1 TSP
Baking Powder - 1 TSP
Vanilla Essence (Optional) - 1 TSP
Sugar and Salt to taste

Pancake is an easy to make and filling breakfast option.
The only thing to be careful about is the measurements. If followed correctly, you will get the perfectly fluffy and moist pancakes.
Top-up with Maple syrup or Honey for a sweet treat!!!

Preparing the Batter
Line up the ingredients
2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients - All purpose flour, Baking soda, Baking powder and Salt
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together - Buttermilk, Egg Yolk and Butter
4. Add the whisked wet ingredients to the dry mix and fold gently
5.Add the egg whites and fold gently
Making the Pancakes
Add generous amount of butter to the pan. Keep the stove on low flame
2. Once the pan is heated, pour a ladleful of batter and cook until the bubbles are formed
3. Once this side is cooked, flip to cook the other side
Top-up with Maple syrup or Honey and Enjoy!
